Had I gone private I would not have received better care. Dr Heaton assisted by Nurse Helen put me straight at ease, explained each stage of the procedure and made sure I was not in any pain throughout the procedure. Professional, friendly and just genuinely nice caring people.

Dr Henton,Dr Cooper and Nurse Helen Hammond , the receptionist, we're all wonderfully kind and reassuring, including the photographer, what an amazing team. The service was excellent and every part of this service from my first point of contact was exceptional. Thank you everyone.

I was as frightened as anything knowing that I was going to have a hole cut in my forehead. Dr Heaton put my mind at rest from the moment I walked in the room. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions and explained exactly what was going to happen. As he was operating on me he was talking to me as though we had been buddies for many years. I know I was just another job he had to do but I was so relaxed and happy, it was a pleasure to be there. Thankyou Dr Christopher Heaton, I know how apprehensive I felt and you made me feel that it wasn't a problem. I would like to say, I would do it again but "I hope I don't have to" Cheers
